Public Safety is one of my highest priorities. As Commissioner I will work tirelessly to ensure that our Police, Fire, and EMS have the critical resources they need to perform their duties. 

I will also work with the newly formed Public Safety Task Force to hit the ground running on providing solutions and recommendations for the full Board of Commissioners to consider for the future of our emergency services. 

Working together with my fellow commissioners to ensure that the basic services the city provides are done so efficiently and consistently. Whether its trash collection, park maintenance, city hall office hours, code enforcement, or emergency services your tax dollars provide for these services, and our residents deserve the best. 

 I would work with the full Board of Commissioners to develop a more proactive approach to how the city operates, as opposed to always reacting after the fact. A more proactive approach would in theory spill over into improving other issues like crisis/incident response, parking solutions, administrative practices and communication, infrastructure improvements, transparency & oversight, constructive relations with the Board of Education, and budgetary planning. Let us echo the mindset of Bordentown's own, Thomas Paine, by being active in the way we do business and not be passive. Proactive leadership and planning will save us money in the long run, whereas being reactive will cost us more money.

All City residents have the right to know what their government is doing. They also have a right to know that their government is being administered to the best of our ability to meet constituent needs.

 As a member of the City Commission, I would strive to increase transparency wherever possible to ensure our resident are informed on city business, and that they have expeditious access to city documents and communications. 

I would also seek to provide oversight to ensure that city business is being administered efficiently and consistently, and that there is managerial accountability.
